We have some amazing faculty at Dishman Hills High School. Watch as Molly shares why she is excited to work at Dishman Hills. Dishman Hills High School math teacher Molly Coulter elaborates on the joys of teaching somewhere she can truly make a difference in the lives of her students. We believe in partnering with our community to prepare our students for college, career, and citizenship. We do this by creating unique, high-rigor programs that respond to the needs of our students, staff, and community. We are the West Valley School District.

I think I had a really good experience in my Traditional School you know I had great kids and didn't need me any math teacher would do I didn't really have to do anything special to be an okay teacher things not including vase so what are they highlighting in that problem common factors kids here have been knocked down a few times they're not quite as enthusiastic about they are trying very hard to survive if you know they may be parents so they have different stressors and all that stuff in life and I think any success a kid feels whether it's holding an algebraic equation whether it's writing their first quality as any of those successes carries over to something else in their life and they realized how you know I can work hard and and see Rewards tomorrow morning we show our caring towards our kids in an academic way because I hope these kids to the same standards I held my kids to an Alaska in a traditional school they learn the material that passed the same basic tests they have to do those same things to graduate as any kid go into any other school in the state of Washington if you were a junior or a senior you will be doing your hand of course exam in algebra we have terrific kids who are so full of life Sims and skills and intelligence that they may not be aware they have and still learning how to figure that out and try and sneak in a little extra math and a little extra work in a while trying hard to resist it sometimes is just an amazing Challenge and I love this place
