Dishman Hills High School teacher, Ryan Torpie, shares her passion and elaborates on why she enjoys working at here. We believe in partnering with our community to prepare our students for college, career, and citizenship. We do this by creating unique, high-rigor programs that respond to the needs of our students, staff, and community. We are the West Valley School District.

my name is Ryan twerking and I've been at this is my second year so almost two years Emma teacher for many reasons but one of them is to create access for me here I see that in our school is creating access for everybody for people that don't feel that a Traditional School I'm the same way right ladies so same as you did above my hope is that they exert success in my classroom in our school it is that they feel a connection with what they're learning not it is relevant for the most of their life that feeling of connection and purpose I think I would I would hope that my student experience that and feel that a success you go down on your introduction as you start to narrow it is always ends with your thesis or with your points in an attic come with almost at saucify beliefs that they can't do it or school is not for them believing in our students and like showing them like proving through our actions and the things that we say that can break down. and do it there if you'd like to drop your instruction on a piece of paper that's really funny My Hope Is that they feel equipped to like confront and then overcome things that are difficult and that there are you know people that that routes for them and that they're worth it if that they can do it whatever it is like we all get to defy me it but that they got it we can do it
