Liz doesn't really enjoy writing about herself, so she had a bot write her Bio for her:

She is a science teacher and loves to paddleboard. She teaches students how to think critically, reason quantitatively, and communicate effectively. Teaching is how she tries to make the world a better place, one lesson at a time. 

Paddleboarding is not a hobby for the timid. It's a full-body workout, and it's an entirely new way to explore the water! She likes to go outside. There's stuff to do there. She loves the outdoors and spends a good chunk of her time camping, exploring the great outdoors, and going for walks with her family.
