Jordan Sevier
Hello! I'm Jordan Sevier, and I'm so excited to be joining the Dishman team as a school counselor this fall! I grew up in the Spokane area but have just made my way back home in the last year. I got my Bachelor's degree in Social Work at a small school called Northwest Nazarene University in Idaho, and then got my Master's in School Counseling through Arkansas State University. I've spent time living on the west side of the state, taught English in South Korea, worked at the high school on the US Air Force base in England, and most recently was a school counselor in Cheney. When I'm not in school, I love to travel, hike, and spend time with my wife and 2 year old daughter. My daughter is adorable. Please ask me to see pictures, but be prepared to stay for a whole slide show. I also love to read (lots of genres, but my favorites are deep dives about specific subjects. Some highlights for me (and most likely only me) are the history of salmon, salt, and paper. I can't wait for a great year at Dishman!
