Dishman Hills High School science teacher Elizabeth Roe speaks about building relationships with students and leaving them with a positive impression. We believe in partnering with our community to prepare our students for college, career, and citizenship. We do this by creating unique, high-rigor programs that respond to the needs of our students, staff, and community. We are the West Valley School District.

you learn about the person he's learned about I think success has really individual to a student which is one of the great things that Jewish men we can help students find success for themselves and identify what that looks like for themselves real to dial in on what successful site for them is it passing a class this quarter that success is it coming to school one day a week success is it graduating like that success directly but other ways to find information or one of my biggest struggles at my previous schools was just the overwhelming just flood of students who come in through the door a hundred fifty students a day addition there are people here to notice them to connect with them to build that relationship and help them find their success and find their voice but unfortunately it like my previous schools we had to like get it all in and a year and you just you end up like just skimming or even skipping some of the really cool stuff and when we're doing the Project based learning like we do here at Richmond we're able to hex Auto topic and really like dive into it and get to know it and learn all the cool science things we need to go on the way but really focusing in on one be good news if you had metal in your heart when you turn on magnet I probably would not work out a whole grain that then they'll remember me for somebody who help them find what they are passionate about and maybe help them find that next step in whatever wherever they're going is that next step step up so
