Dishman Hills High School student Tyson Ell speaks about the transition from homeschooling to public school, and how Dishman Hills' teachers spend more time on subjects based on students' needs. We believe in partnering with our community to prepare our students for college, career, and citizenship. We do this by creating unique, high-rigor programs that respond to the needs of our students, staff, and community. We are the West Valley School District.

it's at first I was homeschooled for middle school and then like it is either Rogers are home-schooled so bad like being home Sky cuz I like really hard social aspect to it came here and that kind of works out because I like choir practice he's got practice then I got it what conference is so I can it kind of worked out special driving school on Fridays first it was like a little bigger like I don't know how and act like you're homeschooled can teach yourself so you're learning there's something times 9 some stuff like a whole anyway I guess I could take time and what to do rather than just trying to hurry up and plow through it like if they don't like everybody's not wear it like they think they should be they actually like it okay we'll stay on this for a little bit longer until you guys get down and like if you're behind or something on something like the teachers they are here on Fridays like more easier to catch up to save all that time with you just you and I was like smaller classes and teachers can interact better with you
